Cancel a pending invitation

/api/v1/orgs/{id}/invitations/{inviteId}
Classroom integration: Withdraw the chosen invitation only. This does not remove an already accepted member or erase a student account. Keep the invitation ID separate from member principals and school IDs.
Required standing: members.manage plus orgs:manage.
