List tokens issued to a member

GET

/api/v1/orgs/{id}/members/{principal}/tokens

Classroom integration: Lists token metadata for tokens this organisation issued to the selected member. No secret is returned. Teachers, co-teachers and billing can inspect these tokens through this endpoint; students do not gain tokens.read merely because they own a managed token.

Required standing: tokens.read: teacher, co-teacher or billing; plus orgs:read.
