Read one member policy

GET
/api/v1/orgs/{id}/members/{principal}/policy
Classroom integration: Returns the member override, class-wide rules and effective result within this class. The route combines policy views and requires policies.read even when the target is the caller; students use /api/v1/me/policy for their own effective policy instead. Display locked values and sources and do not treat the stored override alone as effective permission.
Required standing: policies.read: teacher, co-teacher or billing, even for self; plus orgs:read.
