Remove a member (managers) or yourself

Team authority: Owner/admin or an allowed manager target; any non-owner may remove themselves.

App integration: Removing membership ends team-derived document access and managed-token use. It does not erase the person’s whole Handwrite account. The owner must transfer ownership or intentionally delete the team first.
