/api/v1/orgs/{id}/usage/live

Per member: activeNow (anything in the last 2 minutes), lastActiveAt, today's totals and 60 per-minute activity counts. Cached 10 s; poll with If-None-Match for 304s. Audited (usage.view).

Team authority: Owner/admin, manager or billing (usage.read), plan with usage.

App integration: An HTTP snapshot of the last 60 minutes, not a socket stream. Use ETag/If-None-Match and handle bodyless 304. It is cached for 10 seconds per instance; “active now” reflects recent counted activity, not guaranteed device presence.
