Remove a member's override

/api/v1/orgs/{id}/members/{principal}/policy

Team authority: Same edit permissions and plan gate as setting a member policy.

App integration: Removes this team’s member override; other applicable rules remain. Refetch the effective policy after success instead of assuming all restrictions are off.
